Refund eligibility depends on the store or provider that billed you, the circumstances, and applicable law. Little Lore does not promise automatic approval or a fixed refund window. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Contact nainglin.dev@gmail.com if a purchase failed to unlock content or you need help identifying the billing provider.
Apple App Store purchases
Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, choose Request a refund, select a reason and the Little Lore purchase, then submit to Apple. Apple reviews the request. Some purchases may not be eligible or may not yet be available to request. For those cases, use Apple Support’s refund guidance.
Google Play purchases
Open Google Play’s official refund help page and follow Request a refund using the Google Account that made the purchase. Eligibility varies by purchase and circumstances. If Google directs you to the developer, email nainglin.dev@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID and a short explanation. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Web purchases, if available
For a purchase billed outside Apple or Google Play, contact nainglin.dev@gmail.com using the purchase email and receipt or transaction reference. The billing provider’s rules and applicable law apply. Do not use Apple or Google’s refund form for a web-billed purchase.
Canceling is different from refunding
Cancel a subscription separately through its original billing provider to stop future renewal. A refund request does not necessarily cancel future billing. Uninstalling Little Lore or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime purchases have no recurring billing.
After a refund
Paid access may be removed when a refund or purchase revocation is confirmed. A refund does not itself delete your Little Lore account or learning progress. Use Delete account separately if you also want your account and associated data removed.
