Email nainglin.dev@gmail.com for purchase, account, privacy, or lesson-content questions. Include the app version, device type, and a short description. Share your app user ID only when needed to locate your account; never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Purchase not unlocked
Check that you are using the correct Apple or Google store account and Little Lore account. Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases on the Premium screen. If access still does not update, contact support with your receipt reference.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Use Manage subscription to open the original billing provider. For Apple purchases use your Apple subscriptions settings; for Google purchases use Google Play subscriptions. For web purchases use the management link provided by the billing provider. Canceling does not delete your learning progress.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy or open Delete account & data for the in-app deletion flow and an email request option that works without the app.
